Renters Collision Coverage - $20,000 / $ 1,000 Deductible
RENTER’s COLLISION PROTECTION will pay for any collision damage done to your rented vehicle up to a maximum of $20,000 with a $1,000 deductible, as long as I or any ‘Authorized Drivers’ do not violate this contract. I also understand that the purchase of the RCP is non-refundable, even if the rental vehicle is returned early. I have read and understand the terms and conditions of the RCP policy printed on the description of the coverage brochure provided to me by the rental agent. It is my responsibility to report damages to police officials. If I do not contact the police and RCP carrier and file an incident report, I understand it is my responsibility to pay for damages to the rental vehicle through my credit card on file and I give permission to the rental company to do so.
